Sarah Ellen Roberts
In the Peruvian town of Pisco there is a legend of a vampire who traveled there from England in the 1900’s. She is said to be one of Dracula’s brides and she was brought to Peru by her husband. For almost a century people feared the vampire.
In 2007 there was an earthquake in Peru. Many graves and coffins were uncovered in the cemetery where Sarah lay. But Sarah’s grave was undisturbed. Now she is thought to have been forgiven and is now a powerful saint.
There are definitely holes in the story of Sarah Ellen Roberts (between when she lived and when she was executed), but the many people of Pisco will tell you she is real.
En el pueblo peruano de Pisco hay una leyenda de un vampiro que viajó allà desde Inglaterra en la década de 1900. Se dice que es una de las novias de Drácula y su esposo la trajo a Perú. Durante casi un siglo la gente temió al vampiro.
En 2007 hubo un terremoto en Perú. Se descubrieron muchas tumbas y ataúdes en el cementerio donde yacÃa Sarah. Pero la tumba de Sarah no fue perturbada. Ahora se cree que ha sido perdonada y ahora es una santa poderosa.
Definitivamente hay agujeros en la historia de Sarah Ellen Roberts (entre cuando vivió y cuando fue ejecutada), pero la gente de Pisco te dirá que es real.
